My New GYM "Extreme Fitness"

I miss my SPK - Fitness First so much , the people , the staff and of course my kengkawan yang gila , and also the crazy bunch of personal trainer and the instructor too ... like Tony , Peter , Nick , Klevin , Teoh and others le ... My hubby tau yang I nie kaki gym , so he pun signed me up to this gym " Extreme Fitness " Dekat je my house 5- 10 mins walking distance je , located dekat Yonge Street ... Ok le , nak the compared with Fitness First , this gym is more orang kate Hi- Tech , more facilities , U all ade indoor swimming pool , indoor chiropratic gitu , yelah gym member yang patah pinggang or whatever pegi le situ ... but one thing le , masa I join RPM , here they called it " X-cycle " , the instructor just memekak je tapi tak kayuh basikal pung ... bodoh tak bodoh , dia just push we all je ... Banyak le class tapi I kena gi kerja so most the time I can't gi most the class ... I cuci mata kat sini especially kat locker room , orang bogel saje ... I lelaki timur very the sopan le !!! If Zaza Eddie,Zaini & Tony ade kat sini memang tak kan keluar dari locker room tu... U all nak putih, hitam, coklat .... pendek, gemuk, tinggi , potong, tak potong , macam - macam ade !!!! But I really miss u guys back home ... eventhough banyak bende kat sini ... I ade personal trainer kat sini namenye Hameed , wow , ganteng orang nye ... nanti kalau sempat I ambik gambor with him ok ... I ade appointment with Hameed this Tuesday at 11am ... so I kena kerja le dengan dia !!! Tapi tak pe he's good L*****G !!! I suke !!! HE HE HE !!!
