Classes,classes,classes
No not law school classes. I’ve been going to ‘group fitness’ classes at the gym. Work outs thus far:
-Monday: Stair machine (30 minutes) & RPM (60 minutes)
-Tuesday: Stair machine (20 minutes), elliptical (20 minutes) & Body Step (60 minutes)
-Wednesday: Stair machine (30 minutes) & RPM (60 minutes)
-Thursday: Body Step (60 minutes)
-Friday: * Rest Day *
-Saturday: Body Step (60 minutes) & Body Attack (60 minutes)
-Sunday: RPM (60 minutes) & Body Step (60 minutes)
“Working out is fun”, “the more you do it the more you will love it”...
