From Amsterdam to Zurich, it seems everyone and everywhere is going Pride crazy. June is generally Pride month, a chance for us to celebrate our sexual diversity. Pride was started after the Stonewall Riots in New York City, where a group of drag queens, gays and lesbians stood up for their right to party.So today, there are pride festivals, marches and big parties.But still, I could not help think about what Pride means to me?Sure I have a rainbow colour flag on my refrigerator. And yes, I am an out and pride gay man. I even hold my boyfriend’s hand when we are in public. But I am really doing enough for gay equality? Probably not.
