Long Lost Friends

Long lost friends are recovered in many ways. One would be when you accidentally find an old photograph when you are cleaning your room. Another may be when you pull out the old year book or maybe even when you see that old sweatshirt after cleaning out the closet. With these old time thoughts you may wonder just want your old lost friends are doing. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a place to say, “If any of our long lost friends are out there please say hello and let us know how you are doing.” Thanks to the modern age of quick technology, long lost friends are never really lost and can be found rather quickly.

It has been an amazing past few days. I have been contacted by so many old friends that I have not seen or heard from in years.Imagine my surprise to find that a number of them had been looking for me as well. I honestly didn’t think I would even cross anyone’s mind after all these years. It is a good feeling to know you are not forgotten. I have heard from old girlfriends and guy friends and even….gasp….a few old boyfriends. It is amazing how so much time can pass between two people and so many things change, but you pick up right where you left off without missing a beat.

You know what is better than making new friends? Finding old ones. Its like finding clothes that fit again, or a candy bar you thought you already ate.
